How do I use the AJB-Inkjets shopping cart to buy online?
|
|
A:
|
The AJB-Inkjets online shopping system is set up like a supermarket where you add items to a shopping cart and then when you are finished shopping you go to the checkout and pay. Each item that can be bought online has next to it a quantity box along with a ‘Buy’ button - The initial quantity shows as ‘1’, you can change this if required to the actual quantity you want then click on ‘Buy’. The selected item is then added to the cart and you are shown the current cart contents. On the shopping cart page itself you can then do one of three things:
- Change any quantity and click on ‘Recalculate’ to display the new total
- Click on ‘Checkout’ to pay for your purchases
- Click on ‘Continue shopping’ to return to the AJB-Inkjets page you last viewed and continue adding items to your shopping cart.
At any time whilst shopping you can click on the ‘View cart’ or ‘Checkout’ buttons located near the top of the site pages to see the cart’s current contents or go to the payment checkout - It’s that simple!
Important: If you have purchased any item which requires further clarification before we can fulfill your order please remember to leave the additional information in the shopping cart input box entitled ‘Enter any extra information required or requests here:’.

Is UK delivery really FREE when buying online from AJB-Inkjets?

Yes if you buy online using our shopping cart system. Our prices already include VAT and FREE mainland UK delivery by either *Royal Mail or local van to some **BD postcodes - the price you see is the price you pay! Please note that goods supplied via ‘FREE mainland UK Delivery’ are posted at the customers own risk - check-out the optional ‘Insured UK Delivery’ available in the shopping cart @ £1.50/order regardless of value.
Deliveries are normally made within 4 to 5 working days but can take longer. Please note that free delivery does NOT apply to ordinary telephone orders - It pays to buy online!

* Packets in excess of 1.5Kg will only be sent by standard parcel post (5 to 7 working day delivery).

- For orders over £30 in value you may, at your own discretion, choose to pay an optional £1.50 per order for Insured UK Delivery! - This option is available via the shopping cart shipping selector.
