Terms & Conditions

General

It is the customer’s responsibility to read these terms closely before placing an order.
Customers must pay for goods prior to despatch.
Prices are subject to change.
Delivery times are estimates only and shall not be of the essence of the contract.
All risk of products supplied passes to the customer at time of receipt.
All prices are subject to market fluctuations and all prices charged will be those applicable at the time of despatch.
Change cannot be given for overpayment by Postal Order.

Returns

Please contact us before returning any cartridge so we can determine the
best course of action.
The customer must inspect the goods upon delivery and report the fault within 24 hours of receipt.
Damaged goods must be returned to AJB-Inkjets within 7 days of receipt.
Faulty printer cartridges must be returned with a print sample if appropriate to the fault.
Accident damaged, neglected or misused items will not be acceptable for return.
Incorrectly supplied consumable products (including Inkjet and toner cartridges and writable media) cannot be returned if the box and/or seal has been opened or is missing.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000), you have the right to cancel your order after receipt of goods. Under these regulations you have the right to return goods purchased from this site for a full refund subject to the following conditions:

You must inform us by post, fax or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them
The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale
You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods
The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Carriage costs cannot be refunded except where the mistake is that of AJB-Inkjets.
The customer shall pay any carriage costs involved in a return where the goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty.
AJB-Inkjets will not collect from international customers under any circumstances and will only arrange for collection from UK customers under special circumstances.
AJB-Inkjets will not promise that any cartridges will last for a predetermined length of time or page length and will not accept goods returned for such reasons.
Manufacturers may change products or specification and newer items cannot be exchanged for an older product on these occasions.
Goods may not be returned under any circumstances (except faulty), where goods are non-stock items and have been specially ordered.

Customer details are not sold or given to any third party under any circumstances except to fulfil delivery purposes of your order.
You will not be added to any third-party e-mail lists, however you may receive e-mails from our company with regard to your current open orders and occasional special offer announcements etc.

Guarantee

Every product comes with a complete 100% guarantee. This covers you for:

Credit* or replacement for any faulty item up to one year from date of purchase except for compatible and remanufactured cartridges which are
covered for three months only.
Credit* or replacement for any incorrectly ordered stock items (less 25% restocking fee)
Full refund for any delayed items that are cancelled before despatch, except where delay was notified before processing the order, or special order items.

Delivery Time Scales

Some products may have an estimation of the delivery time scale next to it.
Products without a delivery time scale will usually take 2-7 days for delivery except for exceptional circumstances.
Orders are not despatched on weekends or UK bank holidays.
International, Island and Scottish Highland orders may be subject to an extended delivery.
All orders will be sent via parcel post, couriers or Royal Mail some of which may require a signature upon delivery. Orders need to be placed before 13:00 (1:00pm GMT) to be able to qualify for delivery time scales quoted.
Your credit card will be charged prior to despatch. This is due to a time limit between your purchase and verification of address details; any delay in this process will extend the delivery time.
We will endeavour to despatch orders placed by 13:00 (1:00pm GMT) Monday - Thursday, or by 11:00 (11:00am GMT) Friday, on the same day subject to address verification and stock.
AJB-Inkjets will not guarantee any delivery time scale or accept liability for any losses incurred by customers for delays due to the failure of Royal Mail and its services
AJB-Inkjets cannot replace any lost goods until Royal Mail have accepted liability for any lost package and paid for replacements, this normally takes upto 10-15 working days.
Parcelforce 24 next day delivery is an option available subject to the following terms & conditions:

Orders placed, and paid for, before 12:00 noon Mon - Fri will be despatched for delivery next day
Orders placed after 12:00 noon Mon - Fri might not be despatched until the next working day (Mon - Fri). Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)
Note: Parcelforce do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays
Parcelforce 24 delivery does NOT apply to the following post codes:

IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25

Trademarks

All trademarks belong to their respected companies.
Compatible cartridges are not linked to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in any way and trademarks belong to the manufacturer.

Acceptance of Order

Fulfilment of an order is subject to stock availability and AJB-Inkjets are under no obligation to accept your order.
Failure to obtain authorisation for payment will result in cancellation of your order.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee on any order which is cancelled due to the customer not supplying a verifiable address.
Delivery will be accepted to physical addresses only, PO Box number only deliveries will not be supplied.
A full address must be supplied by you and include a full post code and house number where applicable.
Failure to provide a full address will result in a delay on your order.
All fraud attempts are reported to the issuing bank and the police.

*Credit usually takes up to 14 days, however, in cases where the items are needed to be verified by the manufacturer, a credit may take longer.
